Who we are

We craft bespoke real-estate investment strategies backed by robust due diligence and on-the-ground market insights.

Intellego Real Estate Advisors (IREA) is a recently licensed estate agency. Over the past decade, Intellego has been at the centre of assisting institutional clients in restructuring their property portfolios and executing property development projects, including the listing of the first two Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in the country — Tigere Property Fund and Revitus REIT.

It is from such a background that IREA was born as a specialist real estate advisory offering within the Intellego group, to leverage our real estate portfolio advisory experience and further build capacity to serve individuals and institutions seeking to build real estate investment portfolios or maximise returns from their pre-existing properties.

Runyararo is an associate consultant with Intellego, with expertise in both finance and real estate management and valuations. Prior to joining Intellego, Runyararo was with Dawn Property Consultancy. She has over 10 years working experience in the administration of property investment portfolio comprising commercial, residential, industrial and specialised properties.

Runyararo is a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Finance from NUST and is a Registered Estate Agent and a Licentiate Member of the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe. She is also a member of Project Management Zimbabwe.
